Obituary

Lisa Ann Whitaker passed away peacefully on a  snowy afternoon, March 24th, in Montpelier Idaho while surrounded by her loving family.

Lisa was born in Montpelier Idaho on June 28th, 1959, to Myrtle and Howard Johnson. Lisa grew up in Georgetown Idaho as a child.

She lived int the west Texas desert for over 10+years before her marriage to Jeff Whitaker who is from Salt Lake City Utah. She returned for the summer of 1994 where she met her now husband Jeff Whitaker and they returned to west Texas together where they were later married, she spent 28 years of marriage with him.

They returned to Georgetown Idaho where they resided for the remainder of her years. In august 2000 Lisa and Jeff welcomed their daughter Joy Whitaker who was, and always will be Lisa's pride and joy in her life. 

She is survived by her husband Jeff Whitaker, her daughter Joy Whitaker, along with family, her mother Myrtle Hoff Johnson along with her 4 of 5 siblings, Brenda Grasse, Marshall Johnson, Jared Johnson, and Andrea Johnson along with cousins, nieces and nephews. 

She is preceded in death by her Father Howard Edgar Johnson Sr. and her brother Howard Edgar Johnson Jr.

There will be a celebration of life this summer at a later date.
