Elinor June Callahan

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Elinor June Callahan, known affectionately as June. June was a loving mother, grandmother, and friend who is survived by her two children, Victoria and Terrance, as well as her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

During her early days, she was blessed with a loving family, a successful career, many close friendships, and the ability to travel. She was welcomed with open arms and hearts into the community of Montpelier in 2010. June was able to build a home and make true and loving friendships through the church and extensive volunteer work in the community.

Although we are sad and grieve her passing, we must celebrate her rich and fulfilled life, knowing that her memory will be carried on through her friends, loved ones, and the many lives she touched. May she truly rest in peace and be rejoined with her family in heaven.

There will be a viewing from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm on Saturday December 21st at the Montpelier 2nd Ward Chapel with Elinor's Reverend saying a few words afterwards. Interment will follow after the viewing in the Montpelier Cemetery.
