Beth Page Obituary

Beth was born on June 26, 1936 in Bancroft, Idaho to Grace Curtis and James Alma White, Jr.  She was raised on the family’s ranch in Chesterfield, Idaho as the youngest of six children.

She married Glen S Page in the Logan Utah LDS temple on June 9, 1954. They had three children: Rhea Cook of Salt Lake City, Utah, Curtis (Julie) Page of Salt Lake City, Utah, and Sharon (Tim) Horn of Elko, Nevada. They had four grandchildren, Brenda Van Zant - Page, Sylvia Claire Page, Randi (Pat) Garcia and Casey Doble, and eight great grandchildren.

Glen and Beth lived on a sheep ranch in Chesterfield, Idaho in the first years of their marriage. Later, once Glen began working for the Idaho Fish and Game Department, they lived in Grace, Preston, and Homedale Idaho before moving to Montpelier in 1968, where they resided the rest of their years.

Beth worked in a variety of retail and bookkeeping roles. Her home was her heart, and she took great pride in her yard, flower gardens, and her home's interior. She rarely drove by a yard sale without stopping, and she had great taste, filling her home with beautiful collectibles. She was an artist and a seamstress and made hundreds of beautiful quilts. She was known for her elegant style and beauty, which she retained until the very end.

Beth passed away, surrounded by her family, on May 20, 2024. She was predeceased by her husband Glen in 2018 and her son-in-law Dan Cook in 2002.

We extend our sincere thanks to the staff at the Bear Lake Memorial Skilled Nursing Facility, who showed her such great affection and care, and to her many wonderful friends and neighbors.
