William Joseph Heap

William Joseph Heap passed away on April 4, 2011 after a long struggle battling cancer.

He was born march 10, 1939 in Randolph, Utah. His parents were Clarence Joseph and Grace Heap.

In 1955, he moved to Montana with his family to start up a family cheese business and in 1958, Joe helped start Clavier Mountain Cheese in Gallantin Gateway, a place still remembered and loved by many.

He enjoyed listening and playing music and being in good company. He retired in sunny Mesquite, Nev., doing what he loved, playing golf.

He is survived by his children, Joseph Dwayne and Janae Heap; Darryl Dee Heap; and Wendi and Heath Benson. He has seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his sister, Renee Robinson.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Grace; his son Daniel Heap; his brother Shane Heap; and sister s Opal Turner and Venna Norris.

Memorial services will be held in the Bedford LDS Chapel on Saturday, April 16 at noon.
