Passed away on December 13, 2014 after a short illness. She was born to Thomas A. and Lois F. Johnson on June 21, 1933 in Brigham City Utah. She married Fred T H12/17/off on Dec. 6, 1948. They were sealed in the LDS Temple on Dec. 22, 2005. She is survived by one daughter, Trudy L. Hoff and two sons, David F. Hoff and Forrest (Frosty) D. Hoff, five grandchildren, five great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild, one brother, two sisters, and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and three brothers, Thomas F. Johnson, Leonard R. Johnson, and Jesse W. Johnson.
