Susan Irene Phelps passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family on February 10,2024.
Susan was born August 19, 1946, to Lloyd and Irene Richards Hopkins in Onterio Oregon.
She had now been reunited with her loving husband Kyle Hayes Phelps.
Services will be held Saturday February 24th at 11:00 am at the 1st/4th ward chapel.
