Sandra Marie Walter

Sandra Marie Walter, 75, from Montpelier passed away on Sunday, April 30, 2017.

Sandra was born in Detroit, Michigan on April 5, 1942 to Arnold and Eileen Oehrlein.

Sandra became a dental hygienist and loved her job. She also worked at the Senior Center in Kemmerer, Wyoming. Sandra was dedicated in her faith and was active in the church. She loved working in her garden with John and enjoyed having her adored cats with her.

Sandra married John Walter in 1976. Sandra is survived by her sons James Walton of Ogden, Utah and Michael Walton of Montgomery, Alabama. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.

Sandra is preceded in death by her mother and father, Eileen and Arnold, her sister Nancy Hays and her husband John Walter.

Praying of the rosary will be Thursday, May 11, at 7:00pm in the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. Visitation will be Friday, May 12, at Blessed Sacrament at 9:30am with the funeral service at 11:00am. Interment will be at the Montpelier Cemetery directly following the funeral.
