Richard Mathias Smith passed away on Monday May 27, 2019 in Montpelier, Idaho. He was born Oct. 2, 1952 in Ogden, Utah to Herbert Ellis Smith and Barbara Jean Smith. He was 66 years old loved working on lawn mowers and bicycles and enjoyed conversations. A funeral service will be held on June 1, 2019, in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints Montpelier 4th Ward Chapel at 11:00 am with a viewing prior to services from 9:00 - 10:45 am.  He will be Joining his mother and father at Washington Heights Memorial Park in South Ogden, Utah  at 3 p.m.
