Obituary

Nathan Eugene Fuller, beloved husband, father, grandfather, son, and brother, passed away on October 3, 2026, in Denton, Texas, at the age of 64. He was born on September 24, 1962, in Monticello, Utah.

Nathan lived a life filled with adventure, hard work, learning, and love. Throughout his life, he called many places home, including Montezuma Creek, Utah; Saint Michaels, Arizona; Bayfield and Red Mesa, Colorado; Montpelier and Georgetown, Idaho; Tripoli, Libya; New Orleans, Louisiana; Fort Stockton and Denton Texas; Villahermosa, Mexico; and Kirtland, New Mexico; among many other places.

He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and had a strong testimony of the scriptures and deep love for Jesus Christ. He and his wife, Arcilia, raised their children in the gospel. His family is comforted by the truth that they will one day see him again.

Nathan spent much of his career working in the oil field as a compressor mechanic and technician. His work took him around the world, allowing him to experience places and cultures far beyond home. He worked internationally in Venezuela, Poland, Jamaica, Mexico, Abu Dhabi, Bahrain, and other parts of the world. He was always curious and eager to learn, and his work gave him countless stories and experiences to share.

Travel was one of Nathan’s great loves. He enjoyed seeing the world, but some of his most treasured journeys were the ones he shared with his family. Together they made memories in Switzerland, Germany, London, Poland, Mexico and across the United States. Yet, for all the places he traveled and all the things he experienced, Nathan’s favorite place was beside his wife, children, and beloved grandchildren.

Nathan was a happy and fun-loving brother, a patient husband, a supportive and gentle father, and his mother’s favorite—and only—son. He had a remarkable ability to make people feel welcome and cared for. Those who knew him will remember him as a great man with a big heart, strong helping hands, a sharp mind, and a quick laugh.

He loved photography and capturing the beauty of the places and people around him. He loved learning new things, traveling to unfamiliar places, working with his hands, and gardening. He found joy in the simple things, especially time spent with the people he loved.

Nathan leaves behind a legacy of kindness, curiosity, hard work, laughter, and love. His family and friends will carry his memory with them—in the stories they tell, the photographs he left behind, the places they visit, the gardens they tend, and the many ways he taught them to appreciate the world around them.

He is preceded in death by his father Frank Fuller; nephews Jake and Will Hardcastle, brother in law Roger Ashbaker and great niece Charity Murphy.

He is survived by his wife Arcilia Dominguez Fuller; children Natali Rose (Josh) Garza, Alison Iris (Tyler) Flack, Hyram Birch Fuller and Sera Lily (Deagan) Lente; his grandchildren Aurora Beckstead,

Maevree Kochenower, Norrin Lente, Kolby Flack, Nadia and Elena Garza; his sisters Bonnie Caywood, Mickie Warner, Shannan Hardcastle and Diana Saxton; and his mother Phyllis Fuller.

Though his journey has come to an end, the love he gave and the memories he created will continue in the lives of all who knew him.

He will be deeply loved, profoundly missed, and forever remembered.

Services will be held on Saturday October, 10th at 12pm at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. 123 Church House Lane in Bern, ID. Burial to follow at Bern Cemetery.
