Mary Loraine Allred's Obituary

She had a life full of learning experiences. She was born in Laramie Wyoming on 12/30/1925. Her parents were John H and Ella M Middleton Seyfang. In her younger years she lived in several towns along the Union Pacific Railroad Lines in Wyoming. The depression kept the family moving trying to keep up with the work that was available. She meet her husband, Verl James Allred, and they were married within thirteen days. They had two boys, Verl Jr (currently living in Evanston) and John (currently living in Grand Junction). She enjoyed being a Cub Scout leader, making wedding cakes, making clothes, sewing quilts, and assisting with teaching, and helping with the Boy Scouts. The majority of her married life was spent in Paris Idaho and Saratoga Wyoming. When she talked about home, she was always referring to one or the other. Paris was always special and considered a special family location. The place where they wanted to retire and their final resting place was to be. Saratoga was special because of the outdoor activities and scout activities. Seven trips to Yellowstone Park with the scouts were always so special. The depot where they lived is now the town museum. Her last years were spent back amoung the people that were special to her where everyone made her feel at home. Surviving Family members are Sons Verl Jr and John. Brothers and Sisters, Peggy Kizzire, Roy Seyfang, Janet Seyfang, and David Seyfang. Six grand children, Thirteen great grandchildren.
