Kimberly Kay Hicks passed away peacefully in her sleep, at her home on October 11, 2016.

Kimberly was born July 4, 1964 in Momence, Illinois, to Chester Arthur and Mary Akers Delaney. She was one of seven children; five brothers, Daniel, Stephen, Roger, Scott, and Douglas, and her half sister, Stacey. After her mother passed away, her father then married Patricia Delaney.

Kimberly graduated from Momence High School and graduated from Rutledge College Summa Cum Laude. Years later she became a certified CNA through Bear Lake Memorial Hospital in Montpelier, Idaho.

Kimberly has four children; Jayme Stirling, Derrick Stirling, Dakota Stirling, and Chanleigh Stirling, and one grandson Greyson Stirling.

Kimberly was preceded in death by her mother Mary. She is survived by her husband, Albert, her father Chester and step-mother Patricia, her six siblings, her four children, and her grandson.

Kimberly was a wonderful and caring wife, mother and grandmother. She brought light into our lives. She will always be greatly loved and missed. To her husband, she will always be his special lady.
