Nounan Idaho- James Monte Bergholm, 76, of Nounan Idaho, died Wednesday, Aug 27, 2014 at Bear Lake Memorial Hospital, surrounded by family.

He was born October 1, 1937 in Liberty Idaho to Gus and Virginia Bergholm.

He married LaRee Minnig on December 12, 1958, in the house they have made their home and raised their four children. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Logan LDS Temple.

Jim loved the outdoors and spent most of his time there, hunting, fishing, trapping and working his favorite job, hauling firewood.

He is survived by his wife LaRee, a son Rick (Carla) Bergholm, daughter Debbie (Brian) Wood, daughter Marcia (Todd) Alleman, son Barry (Angela) Berholm; 15 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; and 3 brothers, Brent, Rod and Rex.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 PM, Sat August 30, 2014 at the Georgetown LDS Church in Georgetown, Idaho.

Friends may call from 10:00-11:45 AM, prior to services.

Interment will be in the Nounan Cemetery.
