Irene lived her own life; her journey is complete. Peace – painless sleep – at last.

Irene's container stopped working about one a.m. on 18 September 2023.

We all feel the sorrow of this devastating event and our various views on the nature of the person thus lost, when her "place to live" failed, do not change that.

Thank you all for your good wishes to us individually, and for your recognition of our having lived what love is. During her efforts to get out of this mess earlier today, we expressed that love in help, thanks, hugs, and kisses. We were together at the end.

We shall miss her.
