Elmer Dean Mitchell, born 7/12/29, passed away peacefully Tuesday, October 12, 2016 at Copper

Summit Assisted Living in Pocatello, ID. Survived by his beloved wife, Huba Elaine, son Morgan (Marsha)

Mitchell-Twin Falls, ID and daughters Beverly (Gary) Wilkinson-Ashburn, VA; Vanesia (Kirk) Campbell-

Pocatello, ID; Roxzann (Tim) Taylor-West Jordan, UT, seventeen grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren,

sisters Lena (Fred) Kuester, Patricia (Andy) Williams, 17 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren. He

was preceded in death by his parents and 8 siblings.

Dean worked for the Union Pacific Railroad 45 years. He loved anything that brought him outdoors,

fishing, hunting, and trapping. October was one of his favorite times of the year. He always enjoyed

going to hunting camp with family and friends.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 15th 2016 at Schwab-Matthews Mortuary in Montpelier

Idaho, beginning at 11:00 am and a viewing will be held, prior to the services, from 10:00 am to 10:45 am. Internment will be in the Cokeville Wyoming Cemetery.
