Delmoine J. Hansen, 75, passed away November 18, 2013 at home surrounded by his family. He was born March 12, 1938 in Garden City, Utah to Delbert C. and Dolly Freda Jenkins Hansen. Their family resided in Garden City,Utah. He attended North Rich High School. Delmoine married his sweet heart Colleen Bird June 12th 1957 in the Logan LDS Temple. They made their home in Paris for all 56 years of their married life. He was a hard worker and never lacked for a job. He retired in 2001 as the super attendant at the Bear Lake County Road and Bridge Department. He was an active member of the Bear Lake Rangers for 56 years. He loved cooking and was In charge of the Fourth of July breakfast in Paris many times. He enjoyed farming,camping, and hunting with family and friends. He was active member of the LDS Church holding various callings including executive secretary,Sunday school presidency and a faithful home teacher. He and his wife served a thirteen month mission in the Bishop Store House that he throughly enjoyed. Delmoine was always willing to help family and friends. He was the second oldest of nine children and is survived by: Marlene Hess of Cokeville, Dennis Hansen of Paris, Beverley Rufi of Evanston, Vernon Hansen of Latin, Huck Hansen of Smithfield, and Debra Hansen of Logan. Delmoine and Colleen had two children : Bret(Cindy) Hansen of Paris, and Lynne(Leon) Pope of Cokeville. He was a proud grandfather to nine grandchildren: Tyson(Cindy)Hansen, Tyrel( Cristal)Hansen, Jessi( Brock)Boulter, Denton Hansen, Devan Pope, Heidi Hansen, Sierra Pope, Dylan Hansen, and Tanner Pope. He also loved being a great grandfather to Kylee, Kaiden,Kristal,Richard, Hope, Boston, Allie, and Jaylee. He was devoted Father and grandfather and was always doing things for each one of them. He was proceeded in death by his parents, and his two brothers Rodney and Bud Hansen. Funeral services will be held Friday Novermber 22nd 2013, at the Paris Idaho Stake Center at noon, with the viewing starting at 9:30am.
