Charles Tyson Sims's Obituary

Charles Tyson Sims, 28, went forever fishing Thursday July 17,2014. He was born July 29, 1985 to Chuck and Laurie Wilcox Sims in Montpelier. He grew up in Bear Lake with many hobbies such as, bowling, wood working and many other things. He was an avid fisherman and hunter. Tyson graduated from Bear Lake High. Attended ISU for civil Engineering. He was employed in the mining industry for more than 7 years, currently at Peter Keiwit. Tyson is survived by his parents Chuck and Laurie Sims of Georgetown, One Sister Callie May Sims of Geneva. One Grandmother RaeAnn Wilcox of Montpelier, Many Aunts, Uncles and Cousins. Tyson was blessed with a beautiful daughter, Berklee Jo, in April 2014. That he loved and cherished very much. She is Daddy's little princess. Tyson was met on the river bank by his brother Michael James, Grandpa Dennis Wilcox, Grandparents Charles and Emily Sims. Great grandparents and many other family members. Tyson touched the lives of many and could bring a smile to any persons face. We love and miss you dearly. So long for now until we met again on the river bank. Funeral Services are being held on Saturday July 26, 2014 at the Georgetown LDS Church. Interment is in the Georgetown Cemetery. The Family would like to thank everyone who sent cards, flowers, food, words and acts of kindness at this time of loss and for the outpouring of love to the family.
