Carl Taylor; beloved son, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend, peacefully passed away while enjoying one of his favorite pastimes in the outdoors, on October 26, 2016.

Carl was born January 11, 1944 in Paris, Idaho to Carl Price Taylor and Eliza Barta Geddes.

He joined the Army in 1965 and served our Country proudly. After coming home from Vietnam, he worked different jobs until he found happiness in being a general contractor and serving others.

He found great joy in spending time outdoors. His greatest pleasure was panning for gold and spending time with his family.

He is survived by his three daughters, DeAnn (Kurt), Misty and Tina (Marcus); grandchildren Amanda (Michael, Ellie and London), Justin, and Reece; two sisters JoAnne and Margie (Darrell), as well and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Friday, November 4, 2016 in the Paris LDS Chapel, beginning at 1:00 pm; with a viewing from 10:30 to 12:45 pm, prior to the services. Interment will be in the Paris Cemetery.
