Brian C. Brown, 68, passed away December 8 at his brother's home in Salt Lake City. Brian was born in Montpelier, Idaho, July 21, 1948, son of Dayle and Virginia Brown, the oldest of 5 children. Brian graduated from Montpelier High School in 1966. He served an L.D.S mission in Guatemala – El Salvador in 1967 – 1969. He served in the army in 1970 – 1972 with Foreign Service in Korea. He studied mechanical engineering at the University of Idaho in 1973 - 1976.

Brian was a skilled craftsman who generously shared his knowledge, carpentry skills and his love of the outdoors. Brian trained many nieces and nephews, Boy Scouts and others in his wood shop.

Brian was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Beverly Colvin. He is survived by his sisters: Brenda (Ray) Lewis, Barbara (Bob) Morrison and his brother, Bruce (Colleen) Brown and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be held Saturday, December 17, at the Montpelier 3 – 5 Ward L.D.S. Church at 12 noon.
