Avon Rogers Arnell was born on May 10th, 1925. She was raised in Paris, Idaho and later moved to Montpelier.

She was a graduate of Fielding High School. She married Du Wayne Arnell on November 7, 1946 in the Idaho Falls Temple.

She worked as a medical assistant in Montpelier until she retired. After retiring, Avon and Du Wayne served in the Logan L.D.S. Temple for 10 years.

She was preceded in death by her parents, three sisters and one brother.

She is survived by her husband, Du Wayne, a son, Mike (Shauna) Arnell of Boise, Idaho, a daughter Kathleen (Gary) Price of West Point, Utah, 8 Grandchildren and 18 Great-Grandchildren.

The family wishes to thank Dr. Campbell, the staff at Bear Lake Memorial Hospital and The Bear Lake Manor, for the professional and loving care over the past 3 months.

Funeral services were held on Saturday, December 6, 2014, at the Montpelier 5th ward Chapel. Interment was in the St. Charles Cemetery.
