Allen Ross Kelsey passed away peacefully at home October 1 , 2021.  He was 51 years old.  Allen was born July 10, 1970 in Milford, Ut to Richard and Linda Kelsey. He was the first of three children with his sisters Angela Suzann and Patricia Dawn.

He grew up in Georgetown, ID attending elementary. He loved being outside and riding his bike. Later his family moved to Montpelier ID where he attended middle school and graduated from Bear Lake High School. His favorite thing was to work on cars/trucks.  A couple years later he moved to Georgia where he meet his wife Stacey Cooper. They later returned to Montpelier having two children, a son Richard Nolan and a daughter Suzanna Lynn. He loved to be around his friends and family. He spent a lot of time growing up with his cousins. He loved to hunt and fish.  He always liked to make people laugh and would be the first to lend a helping hand if needed. He is survived by his wife Stacey and children Richard and Suzanna. His sisters Angela (Dean Long) and Patricia (Earl Hemmert), along with nephews and nieces. Allen was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents. A viewing will be held at Schwab Matthews Mortuary just prior to the service from 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm on Friday, October 8, 2021. Graveside service will be held in the Montpelier Cemetery at 2:00 p.m.
